She was born on October 24, 1926 in Selkirk, Manitoba and was predeceased by her late husband Harold Buckler and her daughter Brenda Prevost. She was survived by her children John McKay (Louise); Linda Roberts; Melvin McKay (Lucy); Ken McKay (Margaret); Audrey Heinrichs (Mel); Mary Barkwell; Les Buckler. She also is survived by 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild as well as her sister Elizabeth Sinclair in Manitoba. Viewing will be held on Monday, March 9 from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 10 at 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn. www.chapellawn.ca 204-885-9715
