He is survived by his partner Kim (daughters, Chrystal and Tanya, son Michael and grandchildren); daughter Allyson (Tony), grandchildren Nik, Braedyn, Mikayla and Pierce; daughter Heather (Jarek), grandchildren Jaxsin, Dysin, and grandson due in May. Wayne was predeceased by his brother Ricky at infancy, his parents Gertrude and William, his wife Pauline, and son Steven. Born on May 23, 1949, Wayne spent most of his life living on the farm in Greenwald, MB. I first met Wayne while playing Bantam hockey in Beausejour. We later went to the same high school and our paths seemed to cross once in a while after that. In the later years I would run into Wayne when they brought their menagerie of animals to the Brokenbeau Museum for its Heritage Day festivities and you could tell that Wayne truly loved his animals. I will have nothing but fond throughts of Wayne and cherish his memory. - Posted by: Doug Donahue (friend of Wayne) on: Mar 08, 2015
