  • Ken was a great friend to the Parkinson community in Manitoba. He shared many volunteer hours and especially made his mark giving presentations at schools and to community groups - helping people better understand Parkinson's. Personally, I will remember Ken best for his positive spirit and encouraging phone conversations (and our shared optimism that some day the Bombers will get better). • We moved on to Montclair Bay the same summer as you did and though we were never "close" it was always a pleasure visiting with you. It was special meeting you at Grant after their Christmas program. It was hard to see Ken's condition deteriorating in the few years you lived on the street but though he has been released from his suffering, you will still miss having him around. Our prayers are with you and Eric and his wife at this time. - Posted by: Richard and Esther Quiring () on: Mar 14, 2015
