COREY MUZYKA It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our brother Corey Muzyka on Tuesday, March 10, 2015. Left to cherish his memories is his brother Jason, sister Marcy (Graeme Robertson), best friends Chopper and Oscar, Uncle Nickie Borodey (Hazel), cousin Scott Borodey and many family and friends. Corey is predeceased by his Father Harry Muzyka and Mother Gerry Muzyka. From a young age Corey was fascinated with cars and trucks. During high school he studied automotive in which lead him into autobody/painting vehicles for many years. Over 3 years ago he pursued his career in truck driving and was the owner and operator of Pit Bull Trucking. When he spoke of his truck and all the new loyal friends he made we knew that he had found his passion in life. As a child Corey spent all his summers with his family in Whiteshell. But when he was 16 the family purchased a hotdog stand "Lanky's" in Grand Beach and from there on he would spend his time behind a hot grill all summer long. Once you got to know Corey you would find that he was like a big teddy bear. He had a heart of gold and would be able to make anyone smile. Rest in Peace our Brother and Friend! Memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street, West St. Paul, MB. Interment and reception will follow. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Manitoba Heart and Stroke foundation and the Manitoba Diabetes Association. Jason & Marcy: I got to know Corey a lot better than I ever had before on our recent trip to Cuba for the wedding. I will always have fond memories of him from this time - He had a great sense of humour. I am really glad that I did get to know him better than I had before. Well the angels took another good man way too soon. I guess when they look for something they look for the best. Well they wanted the best, they got it.
