I am very sorry to hear of your loss Lydia and family. I will always remember Lorne for his boisterous cheerful voice, I never had to second guess who was calling or walking into the shop when it was Lorne. He always showed genuine interest in what was going on in my life. We will be praying for you and your family during this difficult time. - Posted by: Jeremy Loewen (Lorne was a good customer) on: Mar 24, 2015

Lydia, we were saddened to hear of Lorne’s recent passing. Wayne, Greg and families, no matter what age the child is, losing a parent is never easy. We’ve known the Ewasko family for many years; Lorne’s band played at our wedding reception in 1976 – before you were even born, Greg. Rick and Lorne worked together from the '70s until Lorne’s retirement almost 10 years ago. Since we are still in Texas, all we can do is send our deepest sympathy. We wish our words could somehow ease your sadness, but in our hearts, we know the most they can do is simply tell you how much we care. Wishing you all peace to bring comfort, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your hearts. Sending heartfelt sympathy, Rick and Carol Schindel - Posted by: Rick and Carol Schindel (friends and former co-worker) on: Mar 23, 2015
