Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRICHARD (DICK) THOMSON June 9, 1934 - March 25, 2015 On Wednesday, March 25, 2015, Dick passed away at the Deer Lodge Centre. He leaves to mourn his passing his wife Verne; son Richard (Christine) and children; Brother Angus (Mae) and children; stepchildren Ron, Jo-Anne, Ken, Rick, and families. Dick came to Canada from Scotland in 1954 and was a member of the Canadian Armed Forces for 32 years. Dick was very involved in playing, refereeing and coaching soccer. A special thanks goes to the staff at the Deer Lodge Centre, who took such good care of him. In keeping with Dick's wishes, cremation has already taken place, and there will be no formal service.
