SABINA TABAKA Peacefully, Mom passed away April 11, 2015 at Holy Family Nursing Home. Mom will be forever missed by her son Robert (Lorraine). Widow of Anton Tabaka, Sabina was also predeceased by her father Frank and mother Pauline Wysocki. We thank the staff at Holy Family (3A) for the exceptional love and tender care Mom received. Thank you Dr. Colin Fletcher. According to Mom's wishes there will be no funeral service. In lieu of flowers, should one desire, please send donations in Sabina's memory to a charity of your choice.
