Prayer Service will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2015 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Eternal Grace Chapel, 1111 Logan Ave. with cremation following the Prayer Service. Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 24, 2015 also from Eternal Grace Chapel. Interment to follow in Brookside Cemetery.
