Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANNETTE EVELYN KNOOK (nee BEAUPRE) It is with saddened hearts that we announce the sudden passing of a wonderful woman, Annette Evelyn Knook on April 19, 2015 at the age of 78. She will be greatly missed by her five children, daughters Clasina (Richard Muller), Linda (Brent Peters), Vivian (Ron Vanwalleghem), Shelley (Dave Torz) and son Robert (Wanda). Her pride and joy her grandchildren Rachelle (Scott), Paul (Jamie), Charles (Holly), Jocelyn ( Shane), Jena ( Eric), Brennan (Kaleigh), Orisha, Kurtis (Emily), Matthew (Heather), Rylan, Keon, Nicholas (Brooke), Emily, Ben and five great-grandchildren Sylvie, Michelle, Chloe, Grayson, and Kendall. Mom left us to join her beloved husband, our dad, Theodore, her grandson Stephen and sisters Rita, Lorraine and Muriel. Mom was born on September 19, 1936 in Dunrea, MB, to Edmond and Jeannette Beaupre. Mom and her twin sister grew up on a farm with seven other siblings. They worked hard but always had each other and this was evident all of Mom's life. She met the man of her dreams and married this Flying Dutchman, Theodore Knook, October 5, 1957. Importance of family was a deep routed value that Mom lived by everyday. She prided herself in providing a loving home for her husband and five children. Her kitchen was often filled with the aroma of homemade cinnamon buns and apple pie. The Knook home was always welcoming, mainly due to Mom's hospitality, there was always room for one more. She laughed often, lived well and loved deeply. She enjoyed playing games of all sorts and we loved to watch as her competitive side came out. Some of our fondest memories are the camping trips, exploring Manitoba. Mom and Dad had the privilege of travelling frequently in their retired years, often with friends. Friends were equally important to Mom's life. People were drawn to her because of her constant smile, her contagious laugh and her genuine concern for others. Mom's greatest joy in life, were the grandchildren and great-grandchildren. They loved her silly antics, her practical jokes and her ability to not act her age. We will miss you forever and ever, our only consolation is knowing you are now in Dad's loving arms, in heaven, with our dear Lord. Mom we hold many dear memories in our hearts and will cherish them, the way you cherished all of us, until we meet again..... Funeral mass to be held on Monday, April 27, at 11:00 a.m. at Mary Mother of the Church, 85 Kirkbridge Drive. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Arthritis Society or a charity of your choice. Desjardins 233-4949 1-888-233-4949 www.desjardinsfuneralchapel.ca

Deepest sympathies to the Knook Family. To my cousins Clasina, Linda, Vivian, Shelley, Robbie, and all your families, it was a joy to be around your Mom. Still chuckling over the last time I saw your Mom at the Victoria, hospital, all visitors had to wear a mask. Your Mom was so full of life, but she has now joined your Dad & her much alike sisters.!! Wonder how heaven is now, since quite a few have gone over there. Sorry for your loss. Rose Labossiere (niece) - Posted by: Rose Labossiere (Auntie) on: Apr 25, 2015

My thoughts and prayers are with the Knook Family. Auntie Annette was an amazing and incredible lady. I will always remember Auntie for her unconditional support for my family. I loved Auntie's positive outlook on life. Even at the worst of times she kept a smile. I was blessed that she was my aunt and I will never forget the hearty laughs we shared. I'm sure Auntie is making up for lost times with Mom and all her loved ones. I will miss you dearly Auntie Paulette (Niece) - Posted by: Paulette Desrochers (Auntie) on: Apr 25, 2015

Our condolences to Annette's family. We are saddened to see the notice and our thoughts go out to the family at this difficult time. We were neighbours for only three years but enjoyed our interaction with both of your parents who were wonderful and friendly people to be around. So sorry for your loss. - Posted by: Susan Hart-Kulbaba and Brien Kulbaba (Neighbours) on: Apr 25, 2015
