ROSANNA EMELIA JOHNSON (nee BOULANGER) Peacefully on Thursday, April 2, 2015 at the St. Boniface Hospital, Rosanna (Rose) went to her eternal rest at the age of 82 years. Rose is survived by her husband Eric; daughters, Valerie and Ardis (husband Leo); granddaughters, Shaylyn, Chelsea and Alyssa; as well as many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her mother Alida; father Francois; brothers Clement, Fernand and Felix; and sister Rose Elma Boulanger. She will be remembered as a wonderfully vivacious free spirit who loved to sing and dance and make everyone around her laugh. The family would like to recognize the dedicated staff at Action Marguerite St. Boniface for the care given over the last five years, as well as the staff at the St. Boniface Hospital (5E Medicine Ward) for their excellent care and compassion during her final days. ERIC JACOB JOHNSON It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Eric on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at the Health Science Centre, at the age of 87 years. Eric is survived by daughters Valerie and Ardis (husband Leo); granddaughters Shaylyn, Chelsea and Alyssa; brothers Fred, Wally and Arnold; sisters Marlene, Caroline and Sheila; as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Rosanna (Rose); mother Helga; father Gustov; and sister Pauline. Eric will always be remembered as a dedicated family man whose passion was hunting and fishing. The family would like to recognize the dedicated staff at The Health Science Centre's Surgical Intensive Care Unit doctors, and all of his nurses for their excellent care and compassion during this time.
