I recently bought a water colour painting of County Wicklow by artist Desmond McLoughlin. Bought it in a second hand shop in Brighton, UK. I writing to ask if the deceased might be the same person as the artist? The painting is lovely. Been trying to find the artist online. My belated condolences Ms Jan Allain - Posted by: Jan Allain (None) on: Sep 02, 2020
