Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPATRICIA ANN HART On Sunday, May 10, 2015 at Grace Hospital, Pat, aged 82 years, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away. Pat was born in Winnipeg on August 23, 1932. She worked as an Accounts Receivable Manager for Ray O Vac. Pat was an active volunteer with the Eaton Retirement club and also enjoyed her volunteer work serving dinners at the Villa Cabrini to seniors. Pat leaves to mourn her daughter Pat Hart (Kelly), beloved grandson Rory Downes (Tabby), granddaughter Selina Downes (Vince) and six beautiful great-granddaughters Grace, Emma, Lanah, Annalyn, Adrianna and Sophia. Pat was predeceased by her husband Reg and parents Bert and Ann Whitman. Thank you so much to all the staff on 5 North at the Grace Hospital for all your comfort and kindness. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, 4000 Portage Avenue.
