EMILIA REEKS (LUNICK) 1938 - 2015 With heavy hearts the family would like to announce the peaceful passing of Emilia Reeks on Wednesday, May 13, 2015, at Misericordia Hospital at the age of 76 years. She is predeceased by her loving husband Robert Valentine Reeks and sister Violet Lunick. She will be lovingly remembered by sister Olga Rennie; son Paul (Theresa) Reeks; grandchildren Evan Robert, Julia Dream, Sarah Aisling and Oliver Barret. Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Silver Heights United Church, 199 Garrioch Street. Reception will follow in the church hall. Interment will follow the reception at Glen Eden Cemetery, 4477 Main Street. If friends and family so desire, memorial donations may be made in Emilia's name to the Misericordia Hospital. Dear Olga, Paul & Family Paul, I have so many memories of your parents standing on the sidelines at soccer games and your Mum's quiet, unassuming and kind ways. When our family was moving to Killarney, MB, she thoughtfully brought donuts to our door to help energize us. Wonderful to see her picture, looking so happy and you Paul, married with children of your own. I hope to be at the service but in the meantime, please accept my sincere condolences and those of David on his behalf.
