Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPATRICK JOSEPH GRIFFIN 1931 - 2015 Peacefully, with his family by his side, our Dad passed away on May 15, 2015, at the age of 84 years. He leaves to mourn his passing, his children Larry (Sandy), Jeannie (Irwin), Pat (Wendy), Margaret (Roy), Mike and James, four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank the Staff in the Intensive Care Unit at St. Boniface Hospital for their care and compassion. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Pat's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave., Winnipeg, MB.
