KENNETH HARRY COOPER Peacefully at home, after a lengthy battle with pancreatic cancer, Ken passed away on May 18, 2015 at the age of 65. Ken leaves to mourn his passing his wife of 25 years, Lael, whom Ken always described as the love of his life. Ken is survived by his daughter Tiffany (Richard, Shea, and Kady); sister Linda (Ron); niece Heather (Ryan, Hunter); nephew Dan (Jessica). Ken is also survived by Lael's family; brothers-in-law Andy (Sally), Rick (Elaine), Larry; sister-in-law Iola (Don), as well as nieces, nephews, and their adorable children. Ken is predeceased by his daughter Kyla; father Harry and mother Marge; father-in-law Haddie and mother-in-law Ruth. Ken was a kind soul with a joke for everyone. Memorial service will be held at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street on Monday, May 25, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. A special thank you to Dr. Randunne, Dr. Barac, Dr. Demsas, Dr. Lindenschmidt, Dr. Prematilake, Dr. Krahn, Cancer Care units at Selkirk and St. Boniface Hospitals, and the homecare and palliative care team for their dedication and caring.
