Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM WAYNE MACKAY It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of William "Bill" MacKay, on the evening of Saturday, May 23, 2015, at the age of 71. He is survived by his wife Carol, and his two daughters Valerie (Alan) and Tammy. He is joining his son Shawn who preceded him. He will always live on, in our hearts and minds as a strong loving husband and father. We will be respecting Bill's request to have a private family funeral service. He will be put to rest at the Elmwood Cemetery, Winnipeg, Manitoba. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to the Humane Society (204) 982-2041 or the Kidney Foundation (204) 989-0800. Tammy and Family,I was saddened to hear that your dad passed away. My thoughts are with you and your family. Although I had only met your dad a few times when I was younger.
