Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGLADYS EILEEN TAIT (nee PURVIS) It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Gladys Eileen Tait on Wednesday, December 31, 2014, at the age of 91 years. As per Gladys' wishes interment has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 6 at 10:00 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue. Special thanks to Gladys' family and friends for their love and support throughout her life and during her brief illness. Gladys will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Many fond memories of their visits to our house while I was growing up. Gladys was always at every shower or event the family had. She was a very kind and gentle lady and I am glad I got to visit her in the hospital. To Gladys, I know everyone was waiting for you on the other side.
