GARY TRONT It is with great sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Gary due to complications arising from pneumonia. Gary will be missed by his wife, Suzanne, and their son, Ryan. He was predeceased by father, John Tront and mother, Sophie Tront (Marko). Over his career, Gary was employed by: Hugh Munro Construction, Dillon Consulting, Meseyton Construction and lastly the City of Winnipeg. He enjoyed his work as a GIS specialist for the city tremendously and had envisioned working in that capacity till his retirement. Favourite times were the summers spent at Lake Wanipegow near Bissett - an area he visited unfailingly over a span of 45 years. Gary had a love for the peacefulness and beauty found in nature. This passion has been passed on to his son, Ryan, who will continue to appreciate Wanipegow and the friends made there in the following years. In keeping with Gary's wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life will be held at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue, on Monday, June 8 at 2:00. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Gary may be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society. For those who wish to sign the online Guest Book please visit our website.
