The funeral mass will be celebrated at the Saint-Boniface Cathedral on June 8 at 10:30 a.m. preceded by the eulogy at 10:00 a.m. Longer obituary to follow. My deepest condolences to Al and his family and the family and friends of Monique. I met Monique many years ago, when I was Chef of the Airliner hotel. She was always kind and very professional in regards to her work as a sales person. I always could rely on Monique to come through for me when purchasing food from her company. I was just taliking to a Chef friend of mine, and Moniques and Als name came up in the conversation. Looking back at the years gone by and some of the most wonderful people one meets.
