LEONARD VANDALE 1943 - 2015 It is with immense love and great sadness that we announce that Len, beloved husband, father, papa, brother, uncle, nephew and friend lost his battle with cancer at home, on the evening of Thursday, June 4, 2015, with his loving wife by his side. Len was born on August 23, 1943 in Hoey, Saskatchewan to Fairnest and Alice Vandale. He was predeceased by his brother, Luc, both his parents, his father-in-law, Joachim, mother-in-law, Fernande, sister-in-law, Suzanne, and brother-in-law, Marty. He is survived by his wife and best friend, Terry, children: Sherry (Bill), Kimmie (Ed), Lance (Karla), Lise (Ted), and Terence (Kim), as well as his treasured grandchildren: Zachary, Dylan, Brad (Kyla), Brandi, Joe, Amy, Katie, and Aerin. Prayers will be held for Len on Saturday, June 13, 2015 at 11:00 a.m., with Mass and ash interment to follow at St. Benoit Catholic Church, in St. Labre. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to CancerCare in Len's name. Nothing will ever fill the hole your absence has made in our hearts, but we take comfort in the love and legacy you have left us with.
