ERMA KIHN On June 6, 2015, at the Health Sciences Centre, Erma peacefully fell asleep in the arms of Jesus at the age of 90 years. Erma was born on March 29, 1925 in Fredinsfeld, as a child she was baptized and confirmed in the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Steinbach. She married William Kihn in 1943. Erma was predeceased by her husband William in 1956. She is survived by her son Lloyd (Beverley); two grandsons Lance (Karen) and Cordell (Shaelene); and four great-grandsons Jordan, Brady, Zachary, and Carter. She also leaves to mourn her sister Emma Krentz. She was predeceased by her parents; three sisters, and three brothers. Funeral service will be held on Friday, June 12, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 401 Kildare Avenue West, with Pastor Borchardt officiating. Viewing will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Lance Kihn, Cordell Kihn, Jordan Kihn, Brady Kihn, Lawrence Wiebe and Don Krentz. Our family wishes to acknowledge the care and compassion Mom received from the doctors and staff on the 5th Floor of the Health Sciences Centre.
