Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDIANA LEE PALMERTON April 4, 1976 June 10, 2015 Our little angel has flown to heaven to be with her sister Jessica. Brave, strong, fighter, inspirational, loving, caring and passionate are the best words to describe our little girl. Her memory will go on in many ways, one of which is by helping others through the gift of organ donation. It is with heavy hearts we announce her passing. Leaving to mourn her loss are husband Ryan Palmerton, daughter Alyssa "Lissy Lee", mother Sharon and stepfather Bruce Pember, father Glen and stepmother Wendy Mahoney, sister Melissa and husband Jearum, nieces Madisyn, Jaidyn, Jillyan, Mackenzy, brother Scott, grandparents Ron and Pat Mahoney, Marianne Schumacher, Jean and John Wright, Joan Pember and great-grandmother Bessie McLaren, as well as too many aunties, uncles and cousins to mention. The family would like to thank all the doctors, nurses and caregiving staff who have been a part of her journey. In lieu of flowers, donations in Diana's memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association. Goodbye is not forever, goodbye is not the end It simply means we will miss you Until we meet again.
