DOROTHY ELIZABETH WILSON With heartfelt sorrow we announce the passing of Dorothy Wilson (Campbell) at the age of 94 years on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at St. Joseph's Residence. Memories of Dorothy are cherished by son, Dan and wife Ester; grandsons Clayton and Kyle; granddaughters, Bethany (Jason), Amanda (Warren); great-grandchildren, Augusta and William; family and friends. She reunites with husband, Harris (2005); daughter, Debbie (1953); son, Duncan (2012); brothers, Jack and Dan; sisters, Margaret, Jessie and Grace. Born in Morris, Manitoba, Dorothy grew up in Winnipeg graduating from St. John's High. In her early teenage years she met the love of her life, Harris, at Grand Beach and married in 1942. She was the ultimate mother, providing the best to her family. Dorothy and Harris' home on Hector Bay was the center for many family gatherings. Dorothy's love of music, gardening and a spotless home were a passion. Dorothy's Service will be held on Friday, June 19, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. in Wojcik's Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main Street at Manitoba Avenue. The family would like to thank the doctors and staff of St. Joseph's Residence for their loving care over the past ten years. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian National Institute for the Blind, or a charity of your choice.
