SYLVIA PRICE (nee GORBUTZEWICH) 1944 - 2015 Peacefully on Tuesday, July 7, 2015, with her family by her side, Sylvia passed away at St. Boniface Hospital. She was predeceased by parents Peter and Olga, and sisters, Mary, Valentina and Irene. She is survived by her loving husband Lloyd; children Cory (Sherri) and Owen (Karen); four granddaughters, Taitianna, Breanna, Hayley and Kayla; brother Arthur, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Sylvia retired from Alycia's Restaurant as a cook after 35 years. She loved spending quality time with her husband, children and granddaughters. She will be deeply missed. The family wishes to express their heartfelt appreciation to all the staff at St. Boniface Hospital Palliative Care Unit for their compassion, care and kindness while caring for Mom. Celebration of Life Service will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 13, 2015 at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street, West St. Paul, Manitoba. We were so sorry and saddened to hear of your great loss, we only met Sylvia a few times as our son and daughter-in-law were fortunate to be neighbours.
