Beloved husband of Myra O'Sullivan. Caring father of Candice Reid Placy (Wilner) of Switzerland. Stepfather of Russell Wright (Stephanie) and Melissa Wright (Jeff). Grandfather of Colin, Tacy, Chanel and Grace of Switzerland, Madelyn, Sienna and Paige of Sault Ste. Marie. Brother of Barry Sullivan (Steph) and Gail Palmer (John). Predeceased by brothers Gary and Allan. Cremation has taken place in Winnipeg, and a celebration of Frank's life will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 19, 2015 at Antares Suites / Place Louis Riel Hotel, 190 Smith Street. Memorial donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9, or to Hospice and Palliative Care Manitoba, 2109 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3J 0L3. My sympathy Myra on the loss of your beloved husband Frank. We knew him at Kiwanis while you both lived here and later when he would visit. Frank was always friendly, cheerful, and an interesting man to talk to about any topic.
