NORMA LANGAN Norma Langan nee Bonham, 96, passed on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at the Grace Hospital. Born in 1919 in Shell River, MB, Norma loved telling stories and making us laugh. She enjoyed puzzles, bingo, singing and had a wonderful smile that could light up a room. Her husband Edward (Tommy), son-in-law Sam and grandson Shane preceded her in death. She is survived by her eight children, Arnold (Bonnie), Betty, Carrol (Garry), Darlene (John), Elaine (Archie), Floyd (Edeena), Gail (Rob), Heather (Garth) and 13 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren. They brought great joy to her through out her life. A service will be held on Monday, July 20 at 10:00 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave., Winnipeg, Visitation will be held prior to the service from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. A special thank you to the staff of the Grace Hospital entrusted with her care and to Dr. P Harris, Dr. Winogrodzka. Aunty Norma..... My beautiful friend. I hold our time together now in memory. Our conversations we had,the advice you gave,and just being together with you is something that i'll miss dearly. I love you so much. Please do me one last favor, Tell GRANDMA BONHAM, AND "DAD" FLOYD that there's "NO" more worries............... Norma was a unique kind and caring woman. She will be missed. Although I had not seen her in many years, I have fond memories of hanging out with Heather and Garth, at Heather's place and lots of good times.
