Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJEAN SUTHERLAND February 22, 1932 - July 29, 2015 Peacefully on Wednesday, July 29, 2015, at the Selkirk General Hospital, Jean Sutherland, aged 83 years, of Selkirk, MB, passed away. Left to cherish her memory is her beloved husband Stanley; children Barb (Darrell), Buzz (Pat), and Les (Janet); grandchildren Mike (Kendra), Danny (Jen), Jill (Sasha), Holly (Stefan), Levi, and Quaid (Bobbi); sisters Beatrice, Pauline and Laura; sister-in-law Dorothy; great-grandchild Ross Bannish; and Pat's son Kurt Barnes (April) and children Morgan, April, Kale, and Blake. Jean was predeceased by her parents Edith and David Scott; brother James; sisters Isabel, Edith, Anna, and most recently Mabel; niece Velma; granddaughter Andi Bannish; and brothers-in-law Mel, Frank, Kris, Richard, Lindsay, and Jim. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 5 at 1:00 p.m., at the Gilbart Funeral Chapel in Selkirk, MB. So sorry to hear of Aunti Jean's passing. Deepest sympathy to Uncle Stanley and cousins. May you have Grace Uncle to continue on the path. I know you and Aunti Jean were very close and always together. And to the family in the loss of mom, grandma, sister aunti and friend. Heartfelt condolences Stan and to all of you. We all used to have coffee at my Mom's house Elizabeth McDiarmid of 324A Phyllis Ave. She has gone to meet the maker as well in 1996. Lots of love to all of you Buzz, Les, Barb. It has been a long time and many journeys that have taken place but the laughter of your Mom's I will never forget. She always had TIME for anyone at our house or at theirs. When I used to deliver pizza there she would always give me a $5.00 tip no matter what. Lots of love, I know she is in great hands and in all of our hearts that knew her. A big loss to all who knew her as well. She will be saying hello to my Mom up there. A big hug and kiss to all.
