CODY KENNETH JAMES SEREDIUK With deep sorrow, the family announces the passing of Cody Kenneth James Serediuk on Monday, August 3, 2015 at Children's Hospital at the age of 11 years. Cody was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on April 2, 2004. He has left behind Kerri (mother), Brian (father), Brody (baby brother), Kathy (grandmother), Orest (grandfather), Marleen (stepgrandma), Donna (Grammy), Kevin (Papa), as well as a very large amount of aunts, uncles and cousins, who adored him for the very special boy he was. Cody had numerous friends but one very special one named Sarah. Cody was loved and well known in the community, where he spent most of his time at the Clara Hughes Skate Park, scootering, ice skating, or hanging out with friends. Cody's favorite sport was hockey and he was very good at it. Service to be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Green Acres Funeral Home and Cemetery, Hwy. #1 East at Navin Road, Winnipeg, Manitoba. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Cody's memory to any TD Canada Trust to help place a bench at the Clara Hughes Skate Park in his memory.   • Cody, not a day goes by I don't think of you! I miss you so much, your laughter your smile and all the stories you use to tell me about your days :) I miss it all soooo much! He was such a sweet & loving little boy, I was lucky to be able to spend time with him outside school as he has such a large & loving family who took me under their wing.
