I grew up on the farm in Hadashville and remember Walter as a kind person who enjoyed life and was always smiling. We spent may Christmas and family get together's with Aunt Anne and Uncle Nick and all their children. Unfortunately we grew apart since I left Manitoba in 1977 and I have not seen Walter in quite some time and now live in Denver, Co. My thoughts and prayers are with with you all. His surviving sisters, brothers and all his children. Hugs Bev - Posted by: Beverly Lovenuk (2nd Cousin) on: Aug 09, 2015

We'll miss you Walter. You were a great friend, neighbour and amazing person to work with. We appreciated all the garden stuff you shared. Walter always had a joke to share and could make light of any situation. He always put a smile on your face. We feel so blessed to have known him. Our condolences to the family. Walter will be very missed by all who knew him. - Posted by: Vera, Rob, Jonny and Brendan (Friends and co-workers) on: Aug 09, 2015
