Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDONNA SEYMOUR September 17, 1941 - August 16, 2015 Unexpectedly on August 16, 2015 Donna passed away at home in her sleep. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 47 years Scott Seymour, Tracy Martyniuk (Dale); sisters Joan Herzig and Nancy Blackburn;, sister-in-law Rose Anne Seymour; her numerous nieces and nephews, and her beloved dog Lacy. Born in Winnipeg to John and Mae Mather (predeceased), she went on to graduate from Daniel Mac and began a 35 year career at Tech Voc High School. She took pleasure in the little things in life from her beautiful flowers, to the birds singing a sweet song. Her love of travel took her around the world and brought such joy to her life. Donna loved and embraced each new day, touching the lives of all who knew her. She will be fondly remembered for her upbeat personality, her generous heart, and her zest for life. A Celebration of life will be held 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Epilepsy and Seizure Association of Manitoba and/or The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation and/or The Winnipeg Humane Society. Dear Scott, Tracy and all extended family I am just so sorry for your loss. Thinking of all of you at a most difficult time.
