OLIVE RAWSON Peacefully on September 1, 2015, Olive Rawson left us to be with the Lord at the age of 83. Olive was predeceased by her husband Peter in 1999. She will be sadly missed by her two sons Steven (Terri), Paul (Jody); grandchildren Sarah (Chris), John, Joshua and great-grandsons Ryan and Braden. She will also be missed by her siblings Ellen, Doug, Enid and Joan. Olive and Peter immigrated with their two boys in 1967 from Yorkshire England and raised their family in North Kildonan. Olive worked at The Bay and Eaton's while they were raising the kids. She was full of life and loved to have fun. She loved to entertain family and friends and always made you feel special. Olive loved to play cards and especially loved to play bingo. She enjoyed many years at their trailer in the Whiteshell fishing and boating with her family. She was very dedicated to her family, especially her grandchildren she loved spending time with them. She had a heart of gold. Thank you to her wonderful friends THAT WERE SO KIND. Also the family would like to thank the staff at Kildonan PCH and Concordia Hospital for their genuine care they gave to her. May she rest in Peace. As per Olive's wishes there is no funeral service.
