WALTER ROZAK June 27, 1923 - September 3, 2015 It is with an aching heart and profound sadness we announce the sudden passing of our father and grandfather Walter Rozak on September 3, 2015 at the age of 92. Left to cherish his memory are children Gary Rozak (Bev), Kelley Turnbull (Rick) and Karen Litke (Rick). Grandchildren Cory, Eric, Justin, David (Jessyca), Danielle (Shaun), Amber, Julie, Carlie along with sisters Toney Kulbaba, Katherine (Peter) Hrehoruk and sister-in-law Stella Rozak as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Walter was predeceased by his wife Lena in 2010; (father) John in 1968; (mother) Annie in 1996; (brother) Peter Rozak (sister) Olga Makowsky; (brothers-in-law) Walter Winnicky, Peter Kulbaba, Mike Makowsky; (nephews) Rick Winnicky and Darrell Hrehoruk. Walter remained active, vibrant, strong and independent to his final day and was always willing to share his experience and offer wisdom to his children. Walter left the family farm in the Poplarfield area to pursue a life in the city and settled into landscaping which led him to eventually form his own business. His attention to detail, hard work and creativity earned him customers for life. At his side for almost 60 years was Lena and together they proudly raised a family and were graced with many grandchildren they adored. When Lena passed away in 2010 it left a hole in our hearts but none larger than the one our dad felt. Now they are together in heaven where their hearts are reunited and together they can dance cheek to cheek for eternity. Pallbearers are grandchildren; Cory Ball, Eric Ball Justin Ball, David Turnbull, Danielle Turnbull and Amber Litke. Honourary Pallbearers are Julie Litke and Carlie Litke.
