JACKIE CHUBEY It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Jackie Chubey, with her family by her side, at the age of 58 at the Health Sciences Centre. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Faith Lutheran Church, 1311 Dakota Street, Winnipeg MB. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jackie's memory to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Avenue, Winnipeg MB R3E 0V9. A longer obituary to follow in Tuesday, September 22, 2015 publication.   • I just heard about Jackie's passing from a co-worker in my Dept., and was very shocked and saddened. I did not work directly with Jackie, but we communicated periodically on some work and even got together to discuss business at our meeting just the 2 of us. Jackie and I really clicked together. I worked for many years with someone who knoew Jackie's sister Debbie who passed away suddenly quite a few years ago. I myself have had a lot of family tragedies of family members' sudden passing, which is very very hard & heavy on the heart. Jackie and I talked about her sister, my sister, our kids, and we had such a wonderful time talking, we forgot all about the business we were working on. Jackie was also a very beautiful woman, with such a happy big smile every time I saw her, she was happy. My deepest condolences to all of Jackie's family members at this very sad & difficult time. I know it's extremely hard, but always remember, THOSE WE HAVE LOVED AND LOST ARE NEVER GONE.   • I had the great privilege of working with Jackie for many years and the greater privilege of calling her friend. Jackie was smart, funny and always willing to laugh at me when I told her one of my dumb stories. My condolences to Jackie's family. I know she will be missed.
