Condolences & Memories (10 entries)

  • Well soon to be another year gone. And it's hunting seasons. Already miss talking about the deer and elk out here in Alberta with my brother-in-law Ron. To Ron's family, my sister Darlene and my niece Veronica, I am thinking of you all and I know we all missing Ron. Sending hugs to you all JOY - Posted by: Joy (Sister inlaw) on: Sep 09, 2022

  • On behalf of the Niskala family, I offer our deepest condolences on Ron's passing. My father John and Pete were great hunting companions, of coarse I tagged along also when i was old enough. We'd always meet up with Ron somewhere and he'd point us to where the deer were. I learned a lot from Ron, those seemingly insignificant subtlety's that stay with you long after the day is done..indeed, my entire life. May you rest peacefully Ron, where the game is always plentiful. - Posted by: Jeff Niskala () on: Oct 15, 2015

  • To Darlene and Veronica, my deepest sympathies to you and your family. I only knew Ron through Darlene and use to bump into him once in a while at the Big Game night and if time allowed had a little chat and catch up with him. He will be missed by many as he was always kind, had a good sense of humor, and loved his family! Darlene, this is late, but if you need or want to, please call me! I miss you and think about you often! Kim G - Posted by: Kim (former co-worker) on: Oct 15, 2015

  • My condolences to Darlene, Veronica, Uncle Pete and Aunt Margaret, Larry, Linda and Gale and the rest of the family. I have always lived far away from my relatives on my Dad's side but have fond memories of all the times we got together as cousins at Grandma and Grandpa Kessler's. Ron was close to my age and he sounds like an amazing person. When I heard the news I was deeply saddened by the loss of another cousin I wish I would have had the opportunity to get to know. My prayers are with you all. Winnifred - Posted by: Winnifred (Kessler) Reddekopp (Cousin) on: Sep 29, 2015

  • My deepest condolences to Darlene and Veronica for the loss your husband and father, I knew and worked with Ron for many years, mostly on the otr runs, Ron was a good man with strong morals, and would never refuse or turn down a request for help, Ron had strong family values and was very proud of his daughter Veronica's accomplishments, a product of Darlene's and himself, Ron was well liked by clients met through work and often left the banks with people laughing by his antics, one thing about working with Ron was that you needed a eye in the back of your head to keep an eye on him because you never knew what he was up to,going to miss him,and his character,RIP Ron - Posted by: steve bernas (friend and co-worker) on: Sep 23, 2015
