Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRITA PAULINE BERNARDIN (nee LAPOINTE) 1927 - 2015 It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our mother who passed away peacefully in her sleep on September 22, 2015 at home at the age of 87 years. Rita is predeceased by her husband Fernand Bernardin, sisters Irene Carriere and Therese Gauthier, her brothers Adelard Lapointe and Lucien Lapointe, and her grandson Daniel Bernardin. She leaves to cherish her memory her sister Orise Lapointe, her eight children, Maurice Bernardin, Gisele Bernardin (and close friend of the family Estelle Boissonneault), Roger Bernardin ( Debbie), David Bernardin, Arthur Bernardin (Colleen), Angelica (Gordon) Noakes, Lorraine (Bob) Craig, Jeannette (Terry) Wazny, thirteen grandchildren and eleven great- grandchildren. Also many nieces, nephews and relatives in both the Lapointe and Bernardin family. Funeral mass will be held on Wednesday September 30, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. at St. Eugene Roman Catholic Church 1007 St. Mary's Road, Father Alphonse Bongo presiding. The internment will take place immediately after at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave., with a reception to follow at Chapel Lawn Reception Centre. Chapel Lawn www.chapellawn.ca 204-885-9715
