HENRY RICHARD PHEIFER It is with heartfelt sorrow, that the family of Henry Pheifer, announce his passing on October 2, 2015, at the age of 89 years. Henry will be deeply missed by his beloved wife Bernice, children Gwen Howe (Douglas), Glen, Janice Fotheringham (George), Henly (Arlene), John (Tracy) and Garen, as well as his dear grandchildren Geoffrey, Sydny, Evrett, Tamara, Brendon, Wes, Graham and Austen. He is also survived by his brothers Joe, Fred and Stan and sisters Helen and Fran and their families. Married to his beloved wife Bernice for 63 years, Henry was a dedicated father and grandfather. He devoted 36 years of service as a machinist to Standard Aero until his retirement in 1992. The social functions and fishing trips with Standard Aero were always the topic of many fond memories for him and the family. Henry will be dearly missed by all whose lives he touched. Prayers will be held on Wednesday, October 7 at Seasons Funeral Chapel, 576 Balsam Crescent in OakBank at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8 at St. Edward the Confessor Church, 836 Arlington Street at 11:00 a.m. Interment will take place at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.
