November 19, 1936 - October 5, 2015 Peacefully on October 5, 2015, John passed away after a lengthy battle with cancer at Riverview Health Centre. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Betty, his children Margaret (Reid), John Jr. (Allyson) and grandchildren Byron (Shennen), Morgan, Ethan and Logan. John immigrated to Canada in 1957 from Holland and spent 58 years living his dream. A Come and Go Celebration of John's life will be held on Saturday, October 17 from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at John Jr.'s residence. Please email ally280480@hotmail.com for location details.
