ANN CHUBEY It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Ann Chubey, who died peacefully on October 6, 2015. Ann was predeceased by her husband William Jack, parents George and Agnes Beckett, brothers Samuel and George, sisters Agnes, Emily and Gretta. Mom served in the ATS (British Army) during the Second World War, coming to Canada as a war bride in 1947. Mom worked many years at Gambles (Northgate), where she was head cashier. She took early retirement due to father's health. Mom leaves to mourn, sons Stuart and Warren, three grandchildren and four great- grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Mary, along with many nieces and nephews. In compliance with moms wishes, cremation has taken place. A family interment will be held at a later date.
