MELVINA WARREN Melvina (Mel) Emily Warren passed away on October 8, 2015 at the Grace Hospital. Mel was born on December 21, 1921 in Tyndall, MB. She left Tyndall to go to Winnipeg where she worked in a restaurant and met her husband Norman. Mel was 93 years old and is survived by Norman. They were married for 68 years. She leaves to mourn her brother William Leiman and wife Bonnie, and sisters-in-law Lil Leiman and Janice Leiman. Mel was predeceased by her parents, Jacob Leiman (1979) and Emma Leiman (1967). Mel was also predeceased by Jacob (Elsie) Leiman, Kay (Arnold) MacAulay, Anne (Jack) Lawson, Frederick (Gladys) Leiman, George Leiman, Henry Leiman, and Marjorie (Eugene) Jeske. She also leaves to mourn many nephews, nieces and friends. Mel was a faithful member of Calvary Temple since 1969. She became a born again Christian in 1967 at the Billy Graham Crusade in Winnipeg. She was baptized on October 27, 1968 at Calvary Temple. She loved Jesus and served Him faithfully throughout her life. Funeral Service will be October 17, 2015 at Calvary Temple (Main Sanctuary) at 11:00 a.m. Viewing will be one hour before the service.
