CELINE MARIE THERESE BREMAULT (née ST-HILAIRE) Céline Brémault passed away at Villa Youville, in Sainte-Anne-des-Chênes, Manitoba, on Tuesday, October 13, 2015, at 84 years of age. She is lovingly remembered by her beloved husband, Gaston Brémault; their children, Nicole (Norman Dugas), Lise, Joëlle (David MacNair), Suzanne (Martial Tougas), Luc (Marie-Paule Sabourin), Lynne (Robert Parent); their eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; her brothers, Roméo (Simonne Saindon), Antoine (Jeannette Saindon), Fernand (late Gracia Robidoux), Raynald (Estelle Lambert); Gaston's brothers and sisters, and their families. She was predeceased by her daughter, Ginette. Céline was born in Saint-Pierre-Jolys, Manitoba, on May 2, 1931, the first child of Edouard and Marie-Ange (née Verrier) St-Hilaire. Gaston and Céline were married in 1953. They lived and worked on their farm in Sainte-Agathe, Manitoba, later on moving to town. Céline tended a large garden, charmed her extended family with her cooking, and loved her children. In 2001, a stroke took her away from her home life, yet did not diminish her ability to communicate her love and appreciation for all who knew her. We, the children would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the staff of Villa Youville for the attentive care given to our "Maman" these many years, and also to Sister Irène Rioux for her loving and unfaltering support of "ma Céline". The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 21, at the Sainte-Agathe Catholic Church, presided by Father Roland Lanoie. Prayers and music will start at 3:30 p.m., the funeral mass at 4:00 p.m., followed by interment in the Sainte-Agathe parish cemetery.
