A celebration of her life will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday November 12, 2015 at the Eriksdale Recreational Centre, in Eriksdale with Pastor Bill Watson officiating. I cant begin to say how devastated I was to learn of my Aunty Gert passing. She was more than an Aunt to me as she was also a surrogate grandmother too! Its unfortunate that I did not hear about her passing until four months later as my family would of loved to say our goodbyes.
