When I met Brian, he and his crew were past their prime as curlers but that didn't stop them from getting out and competing...usually seeming to have more laughs than anyone else out there. Brian served on the executive of West Kildonan Curling Club for many years becoming President in 1969-70 and later being named "Life Member" of the Club. Brian was such a respected friend to so many.
