I know that Mr. Hardy was a family man who loved his family and enjoyed being around his grand children. I remember that when our youngest was staying at his daughter's house so that he could play for Manitoba's World Under Seventeen Hockey Team, Mr. Hardy who barely know him, made him a bed frame to put a mattress on top of for a comfortable bed. He was a generous man who was an excellent handyman. We will always remember him as a warm and caring man. - Posted by: Roberta Archibald (Extended family) on: Nov 15, 2015

When I was a child, my Uncle Brian taught me funny little rhymes on camping trips – rhymes that I passed on to my kid who, in turn, shared with theirs. West Kildonan wisdom we called it. A warm whimsical man. - Posted by: Dale Hardy (nephew) on: Nov 15, 2015
