Condolences & Memories (7 entries)

  • My memories of Jack are many and they extend over several years. I too remember the cigars and Jack's quick wit and ready humor. He will be missed by many. My thoughts are with all of you. Ron Everard. - Posted by: Ron Everard () on: Dec 19, 2015

  • I just learned of Jack's funeral and want to express my most sincere wishes to you Pat and the family. Although I have not had contact with Jack for a number of years, I do fondly remember working with him as a "volunteer" and "action person" at the annual St Barnabas Plant and Soil Sale event. I found him to be a great guy to be with who had an abundance of dry humour. As well, during those years I had quite smoking but took every opportunity to be near him to take in the armona of his fine cigars that he regularly enjoyed. I would very much liked to have been able to attend his funeral but unfortunately I am presently out of the country. Nonetheless, you all will be in my thoughts and prayers and I will be there with you in spirit. Ron Boyd. - Posted by: Ron Boyd (Acquaintance) on: Nov 26, 2015

  • My heart goes out to all the family. You have lost someone dear to you. Funny, I was thinking about John recently, and that I had not seen him taking his walks past my home, in quite some time. But as is the circle of life, there are little ones now walking past my window, on their way to school, hand in hand with a Mom or Dad. Keep your cherished memories alive. - Posted by: Linda Henderson (Friend) on: Nov 24, 2015
