• Bill and I had many fun times together. We'd go on long road trips together to remote elevators and laugh all the way. He had a wonderful sense of humor and was very smart. I really valued his opinions and insights on anything. He was a very loyal friend to many. Bill was truly one of a kind. I miss him very much and will always think very kindly of him. • Bill & I worked together, golfed together, umpired together, played pool together, had beers together, travelled together and generally enjoyed each others company. He would come with me when I was doing my seminars on wild bird feeding. He had heard me talk many times and one time in Medicine Hat he was bored so he started to feed two captive parrots popcorn. When he tried to leave the parrots made so much noise that I could not continue. He had to continue to feed them popcorn until I was finished. Everyone and everything loved Bill.
