• I went to school in Moosehorn and Ashern with Jamie. I don't remember seeing him actually angry. He was always good to those around him. I would get dragged into lunchtime football games (not an athlete) in junior high. No one could tackle him anyway, so I'd be placed to do it. He'd cheerfully drag me up and down the schoolyard, having a conversation as we went. Very sorry to hear of his passing. My condolences to his family. - Posted by: Mark May () on: Feb 08, 2016

• I used to work with James at Petro when I was high school. We usually worked the night shift together and had a lot of laughs. He was always smiling, laughing and playing tricks on the waitresses which made the nights go by faster and a lot more fun. I wish to send my condolences to all James' friends and family. • James provided me with such fond memories as a student and player. To know that he stuck around the local area, developed a successful business and was surrounded by his wife and family makes this such a tragic event. James' laugh, love for his peers and general relaxed attitude endeared him to all, myself included. He definitely touched my life in a very positive way.
