Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROSEMARY ARMSTRONG Rosemary Armstrong (Joycey) passed away peacefully on November 29, 2015 at age 65 in her home in Winnipeg. Rosie was born to Geoffrey Joycey and Irene Joycey (Watts) on October 15, 1950 in Grimsby, England. Rosie is survived by her husband of 42 years and caregiver Barry Armstrong (who made her laugh right into her last days); her children, Nicole Armstrong (Bruce Webb), Noelle Armstrong-Linney, Sean Armstrong (Kimya); her grandchildren, Jacob Linney and Hannah Linney; her Siberian huskies Lennon and Hunter; her brothers, David Joycey, John Joycey (Hedy), Philip Joycey (Monique), and sister Jennifer Griffiths (Barry); many nieces and nephews, and other family and friends. Rosie was a nurse from 1967 through 1974. When her children were born, her greatest gifts of her loving, kind, caring, sweet, generous personality were showered upon them. She lives on now through her children and grandchildren. A private family memorial will be held next summer. Her family is very thankful to all the doctors, nurses, caregivers, friends, extended family and neighbours who were there for Rosie and for us.
