WILLIAM PHILLIP (BILL) PELTZ 1963 - 2015 It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of William Phillip Peltz (Bill). Bill was born in Winnipeg, MB on February 20, 1963; the second son of Ed and Mina Peltz. Bill was raised in Warren, MB, along with his brothers, Mark and Robert and sister Nicole. Bill lost his brother and dear friend Robert in 1983. Bill attended Warren Collegiate and graduated in 1981 and began working for MB Hydro shortly after graduation. Bill continued with Hydro for 13 years and then ventured out on his own to start up a top soil and landscaping business. Bill married the love of his life, Tracey Watson, in 1986 and had two beautiful children, Ashley and Keegan, who were the love of his life. In 2006, Bill and family moved to Crooked Creek, AB, where they resided for eight years. In 2013, Bill and Tracey packed up their belongings and with the children out on their own they headed west, to warmer weather. Bill loved White Rock and its mild temperatures and found solitude in being by the ocean. Bill became a very proud grandpa of Lachlan Kace Anderson (son of Ashley and Derek) on February 16, 2014. Bill was someone who loved life and brought joy to those around him. He had the gift of the gab and was always there to put a smile on the faces of people he knew. Bill will be dearly missed but the memories will never fade. Bill leaves behind his wife Tracey; daughter Ashley (Derek); son Keegan (Ashley); grandson Lachlan Kace; beloved son of Ed and Mina; brother Mark (Lisa); nephews, Jason and Ryan; sister Nicole (Ben); niece Robyn; and nephews, Ray, Wayne and Rylan. Bill's in-laws, George and Pat Watson; brothers-in-law, Rob (Laura), niece Chloe and nephew Calum, Geordie (Fil), nephew Jordan and brother-in-law Jason, aunts uncles and cousins. Last not but least, Bill's loyal companions, Sadie, Copper, Diesel and Hughie. A celebration of life will take place at Warren Memorial Hall in Warren, MB on Saturday, December 19, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Interlake Eastern Regional Health Authority/Crisis Stabilization Unit, 233A Main St., Selkirk, MB R1A 1S1.
