Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLUCILLE COOK It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dearly beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend. Lucille Cook passed away December 23, 2015 at the Selkirk General Hospital, surrounded by her family and friends. Lucille is survived by her son Albert Cook; daughters Linda Anderson (David), Janie Cook, and Marlene Eagle (Russell); grandchildren Brian, Lana, Mandy, Ryan, Keri, Jim, Nikki, Megan, Shannon, Shane, Jessica and Jordan; 25 great-grandchildren; brothers Robert, and Roland, and sister Yvette. Lucille was predeceased by her husband Albert (Abby); son Jimmy; daughters Bertha Louise, and Patricia (Patty); grandsons Devon and Robert; her mother Bertha; father Ernest; sisters Eileen and Delia; brother Leo; and son-in-law Jerry. Lucille was born on July 15, 1929 in Richer, Manitoba, married Abby Cook and raised their family in Selkirk, Manitoba. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family graveside service will be held at a later date. Thank you to the staff and doctors at Selkirk General Hospital. LUCILLE COOK Peacefully, on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at the Selkirk General Hospital, Lucille Cook, aged 86 years of Selkirk, beloved wife of the late Albert passed away. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family graveside service will be held at a later date. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
