Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDORIS IRENE HUDSON Sorrowfully we announce the peaceful passing of Doris on Thursday, December 17th, 2015 at home, at the age of 90 years. Doris was predeceased by her husband Percy, son Bruce and brothers Les and Wilfred Brentnall. Remaining to forever cherish Doris' memory are her daughter Donna (Darryl) Pedersen; grandchildren Kristina and Kurt (Stephanie), daughter-in-law Marilyn; grandchildren Brad (Frankie) and Malorie (Andrew) Gildert; great-grandchildren Caleb, Natasha, Kylee, Kamren, Hunter, Sunny, Star, Selene, Larry, Charlie, and Alex; sister Mae Hall; and numerous nephews and nieces. Doris was born June 7, 1925 in Tuffnell, SK, but grew up in Birtle, MB. She met and married Percy in 1946 and they raised two children living a quiet farm life in the RM of Rosser. Doris was a kind-hearted soul who touched everyone she met. Her sweet nature will be missed. A viewing will be held Tuesday, December 29 at 7:00 p.m. and her memorial service will be Wednesday, December 30 at 2:00 p.m., both at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue.
